Me and a few of my friends started climbing in 96, but this year we really got into it we all bought harness' and shoes, and some of us have bought some rope. We go out climbing as much as we can. We are all in our High Schools climbing club. Which meets every week. We go to comp's as much as we can. they are a lot of fun even if you don't win. The hardest that most of us have climbed is about a 5.10bc. A friend of mine and me climbed a 5.11c last week and we are close to getting the 5.12ab that we have been working on.

Gear:

There are many places to get gear. If you go to any place that sells any gear at all ask for a catolog and then they should order anything you want for you.

Boreal: is a good company to contact, but they are kind of slow when it comes to getting quick delivery.

In Gunnison I would recomend going to Rock and Roll Sports located on West Tomichi.
